Important Update on Xenea Mainnet Launch and TGE

Dear Xenea Community,

We sincerely appreciate your continued support for the Xenea project. After careful consideration, we have decided to reschedule the Xenea public mainnet launch and the Token Generation Event (TGE) for our native token ($XENE), which was originally planned for Q1 2025. We will announce the new schedule as soon as it is finalized.

Reasons for the Schedule Adjustment

We are conducting a comprehensive security audit of our blockchain infrastructure centered around the innovative Proof of Democracy (PoD) consensus algorithm. Due to its innovative nature, we need to ensure stability and security under all conditions. The audit by third-party security organizations is taking longer than initially expected, but it is essential for protecting the network and all participants.

In addition, due to the hacking of the official Xenea X account, negotiations with various parties continue to be difficult. We are working daily towards account recovery, but at this point, we have no timeline for restoration. This situation has unavoidably affected our planned announcements, TGE, and exchange listing schedules. If you have any knowledge or experience regarding account recovery, we would appreciate direct advice through the official management inquiry channel. (Please include information that can verify your identity and affiliation when doing so)

We are effectively utilizing this extended development period to steadily advance other aspects of the roadmap, ensuring that all components work perfectly together at launch. We will achieve a more robust, secure, and larger ecosystem configuration at launch.

XENEA Wallet Release Plan

We are pleased to announce that the XENEA Wallet product release will precede the mainnet launch. We are planning an interactive experience on the testnet to allow users to familiarize themselves with the wallet's features and functionality. Further details about this initiative will be announced separately.

The XENEA Wallet campaign has already resulted in numerous wallets obtaining mining passports, aiming to participate in consensus. This is a crucial element in enhancing the security of the Xenea blockchain, particularly in stabilizing the PoD consensus algorithm. 

We’re updating our plan to fully leverage the community’s performance in preparation for the mainnet launch. Please look forward to it!
