Xenea Project Roadmap: Defining the Phases Toward Mainnet Launch

AI systems are making consequential decisions across healthcare, finance, infrastructure, and governance. However, there is no way to independently verify the data that was used to train them.

This creates systemic risk.

When data provenance cannot be verified, trust collapses, along with the reliability of every system built on unverified datasets.

Xenea exists to solve this structural problem.

We're building the data governance layer for verifiable AI: a blockchain where datasets carry cryptographic signatures, custody is transparent and auditable, and no single entity controls what AI systems learn as "truth."

It's the foundation that makes trustworthy AI architecturally possible.

To clarify our path to mainnet, we are publishing our development roadmap in 6 phases,, with the mainnet launch positioned at Phase 5. We are currently in Phase 1: Testnet Load Testing & Stability Verification, making final preparations for the public testnet release (Phase 2). Phase 5 is expected to be completed in Q2–Q3 2026, depending on the progress of Phases 1–4.

While development is taking longer than initially expected to deliver an enterprise-grade platform, the project continues to make steady progress.

Xenea Roadmap: The Path to Mainnet

Phase 1: Testnet Load Testing & Stability Verification (Current Phase)

Laying the foundation Ensuring the baseline stability of the blockchain and its capacity for continuous operation.

  • Transaction load testing focused on transfers

  • Validation of RPC, txpool, and block-production behavior

  • Demonstration of long-run stability

Phase 2: Public Testnet Release (Next Step)

Opening to the community: We are launching a testnet for both the community and developers. This initiative will provide a fantastic opportunity for everyone to build, explore, and utilize Xenea’s latest advancements.

This environment aims to support production-oriented validation and provide a genuine development experience. Your participation could shape the future, and we can't wait to see what you will build.

  • Public RPC endpoint(s)

  • Release of core infrastructure, such as an explorer and faucet

  • Publication of developer documentation

Phase 3: Technical Finalization of Ecosystem

Finalizing ecosystem requirements: We will finalize technical specifications and operational flows for the core elements of the ecosystem, including the Genesis NFT, Mining Passport, and XENEA Wallet.

  • Final specs and technical roles for the Genesis NFT and Mining Passport

  • Minimum operating requirements (e.g., hardware) for Rep Nodes and DACS Nodes

  • Reward-distribution logic for Rep Nodes and integration with the Mining Passport

  • Preparation of a portal for Genesis NFT holders

  • End-to-end testing on the public testnet for wallet connection and reward-claim flows

Phase 4: Final Adjustments Before Mainnet

Last tuning before launch: We will complete final technical checks ahead of the mainnet release.

  • Finalization of parameters such as block time, gas, and chain settings

  • Finalization of genesis configuration

  • Code audit and confirmation of the absence of critical bugs

Phase 5: Mainnet Release & TGE

Mainnet go-live and token generation: This is where the real journey begins. We will officially launch the Xenea mainnet, setting the stage for a new era of innovation and opportunity, driving forward production operations that will redefine boundaries.

  • Mainnet launch and Genesis Token Generation (TGE)

  • Start of block-reward distribution to XENEA Wallets assigned a Mining Passport (UID)

  • Release of DACS Nodes in their initial configuration (IPFS-backed storage)

Phase 6 and Beyond: Future Evolution

Further evolution:Post-launch, Xenea will further strengthen the chain and enhance its core infrastructure, especially around the file system for dynamic integration with DACS.

  • Full implementation and optimization of DACS Nodes

  • Real-time editing capabilities for dynamic data

  • Further enhancements to redundancy and availability
